All other services on the platform remain fully operational and unaffected by this pause.

This is a deliberate, planned pause undertaken in the interest of quality and reliability — not a response to any failure of the platform or its underlying systems.

Reason for the Temporary Pause

This suspension has been undertaken as a proactive, planned measure to allow our engineering team to carry out a scheduled review and upgrade of the underlying models and infrastructure that power these three tools. As usage of these features has grown, we have chosen to pause them temporarily rather than continue operating them without the level of accuracy and consistency our users expect. This decision reflects our commitment to quality, not a shortfall in it.

We would like to assure our users in clear terms that this measure does not, in any way, reflect on the credibility, stability, or trustworthiness of the Tauzand.in platform as a whole. It is a routine, precautionary step taken to ensure that when these tools return, they continue to meet the standard our users rely on.

Impact on Existing Users

Users are advised that this pause has no adverse impact on their accounts, saved data, resumes, cover letters, or platform history, all of which have been preserved in their entirety and will remain accessible once the affected tools are restored. Core functions of the platform, including job discovery, applications, and profile management, continue to operate normally and without interruption.

Users who were actively relying on the AI Resume Analyser, AI Cover Letter Generation, or the Research Extension are encouraged to make use of the platform's other available resources in the interim. We will communicate a further update as soon as a timeline for the reinstatement of these features is confirmed.
